Xiaojiao Wang

Xiaojiao Wang is an Assistant Professor of Chinese Literary and Cultural Studies in the Department of World Languages and Cultures at North Carolina State University. Trained in Comparative Literature at the University of California, San Diego, her research and teaching bring together urban and environmental humanities, postcolonial theory, and critical legal studies to examine how cultural forms and built environments shape everyday life, collective feeling, and political imagination. She also engages digital humanities and multimedia storytelling in research and pedagogy to communicate humanities questions to broader publics.
