It introduces the key characteristics of major bay area economies, explores the distinctive mechanisms of regional cooperation across Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, and traces the evolution of the GBA through its main stages of development. The presentation concludes by considering the GBA’s long-term development vision, opportunities, and challenges, followed by an open discussion with participants
